1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using KillByte services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and KillByte Solutions.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

KillByte provides infrastructure services for authorized security testing and educational purposes only. Any use of our services for illegal activities is strictly prohibited.

No attacks on government institutions, military networks, or critical infrastructure INSTANT BAN
No unauthorized network intrusion or stress testing
No violation of any applicable local, national, or international laws
No use of our infrastructure for illegal activities

3. Account Rules

No Account Sharing: Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Sharing credentials = permanent ban.
No Dstat Usage: Dstat is not permitted. It shows misleading power values and reduces actual botnet performance.
No Spamming: Repeatedly attacking the same target is allowed, but excessive flooding that leads to complaints = blacklist.
No System Bypassing: Attempting to bypass security, exploit vulnerabilities, or gain unauthorized access = instant termination.

4. Staff Harassment

Disrespecting staff, harassment, threats, or making false accusations will not be tolerated.

Result: Immediate blacklist and permanent ban
No warnings - zero tolerance policy

5. Payments and Refunds

No Refunds: All sales are final. No refunds provided under any circumstances.
Lifetime Policy: Lifetime plans remain active for entire project duration. If service shuts down and reopens, lifetime users regain access automatically.

6. Changes to Terms

By purchasing or using the service, you agree that these Terms of Service may be changed at any time, without notice. Your continued use constitutes automatic acceptance of any changes.

7. Staff Rights

KillByte staff reserves the right to suspend, ban, or blacklist any user without detailed explanation to protect platform integrity and security.

Breaking any rule results in immediate suspension or ban. No exceptions.

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for violations. Our record remains clean because we enforce these rules strictly.

By purchasing or using KillByte services, you automatically accept all terms stated above.
